Quy trình, phương pháp quan trắc môi trường phải được thực hiện theo đúng quy định của Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường tại Thông tư số 40/2015/TT-BTNMT ngày 17/8/2015 về quy trình kỹ thuật quan trắc khí thải và Thông tư số 21/2012/TT-BTNMT ngày 19/12/2012 quy định việc đảm bảo chất lượng vả kiểm soát chất lượng trong quan trắc môi trường.
